Relatable is a creatively driven entertainment company that creates games, plush, and feel-good products designed to spark laughs, connection, and comfort. Known for our breakout hits like What Do You Meme?®, we build brands that bring people together through humor, conversation, and a little bit of viral fun.

Q: Why did What Do You Meme® rebrand to Relatable?

A: What Do You Meme® has grown far beyond the original game into a full lifestyle and games company. "Relatable" better reflects our expanded catalog. Don't worry, the games you love are still here but we now offer a variety of plush, collectibles, blankets, wellness, and pet products. Our catalog is growing every day!

Q: Do you sell more than one game?

A: Yes! We offer a wide range of games including adult party, drinking, relationship, murder mystery, family, and kids games, plus expansion packs for many of our titles. We also carry a growing collection of collectible and comfort plush, feel-good wellness products, cozy blankets and fun novelty items for pets and beyond.

Q: Are you planning to release more Emotional Support Pals?

A: Always! We're always working on new Emotional Support Pals.

Q: Where can I buy Relatable products?

A: You can find us at Walmart, Target, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and more stores nationwide. Search "What Do You Meme" or any specific game title at your preferred retailer.

Products & Gameplay

Q: What are the age ratings for your games?

A: Age ratings vary by game. Our adult party, drinking, and relationship games are rated 17-21+ due to mature content. Family games are typically 8+, and kids games are designed for ages 4+. Always check the box or product page for the specific rating.

Q: Are your adult games appropriate to play with teenagers?

A: Our adult games contain mature content and are rated 17+. We don't recommend playing them with children or younger teens. For all-ages fun, check out our family and kids game collections.

Q: How many players do your games support?

A: Player counts vary by game. Most party games support 2 to 6 players. Player count is listed on every product page and printed on the box.

Q: How long does it take to learn and play your games?

A: Most Relatable games can be learned in under 5 minutes. Play time ranges from 10 to 60 minutes depending on the game. Check the individual product page for details.

Q: Where can I find the rules/instructions for my game?

A: Instructions are included in every game box. Digital versions are available at the individual product page. Still need help? Email customerservice@relatable.com.

Q: Can I combine expansion packs with the base game?

A: Yes! Expansion packs are designed to work with the original base game. Each expansion listing specifies which base game it's compatible with. Note: expansions cannot be played as standalone games.

Q: What are the age ratings for your plush?

A: All our plush are 0+. Collect them all from Emotional Support Pals, Lil Cheers and Wabisabi! 

Q: How long should I microwave the heating pad?

A: Remove the heating pad insert from the heating pad cover. Ensure your microwave is clean and dry. Place the heating pad insert in your microwave and heat for 60 seconds. If optimal temperature is not achieved, shake the pad to evenly distribute heat, then flip and heat for an additional 10-15 seconds. Never heat for more than 90 seconds total. Let the product cool for 10 seconds before removing. Don’t heat more than 6 times per day.

Q: Can I put my Cozy Concepts blanket in the washer/dryer?

A: Machine wash on cold or delicate. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low or no heat. Do not iron.

Q: Do you have the rights to the images and content used in your games?

A: Yep! Relatable ensures proper licensing for all images and content in our games and products. For questions, customerservice@relatable.com.

Product Support

Q: My product arrived with missing or damaged pieces. What do I do?

A: If you purchased from a retailer (Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc.), please contact that retailer directly for a replacement or refund. For additional help, email customerservice@relatable.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Q: My product is defective and the retailer won't accept a return.

A: Email customerservice@relatable.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We'll do our best to help.

Q: Do you offer replacement parts?

A: Unfortunately, we don’t sell replacement parts. But, send us an email at customerservice@relatable.com with the game name, item number (on the barcode), and a description of what the issue is and we’ll try our best to help out.

Q: I need clarification on the rules of a game or instructions for my product.

A: We’d be happy to help! Just email us at customerservice@relatable.com and we’ll get you the answers you’re looking for!

Orders and Shipping

Q: Does the game ship to countries other than the US?

A: Currently we are only shipping within the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska. Please see our Terms for more information.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Depending on where you are in the US, it will take 3-5 business days plus the time for USPS transit (domestic is 2-4 days). International orders are country specific. USPS transit takes 6-30 days depending on customs clearance. See our Terms for a more in-depth breakdown.

Q: Help — my order never arrived!

A: We're so sorry that your game never arrived!
